1.Decision support, not a guarantee

Zoe provides informational, educational, analytical, and decision-support outputs. Nothing in the Service guarantees investment performance or eliminates risk.

Zoe is presented as decision-support software. Regulatory classifications (including whether Zoe is an investment adviser, broker, or similar) must be confirmed by counsel for the operating entity and your jurisdiction.

2.You are responsible for decisions

You are solely responsible for investment, trading, tax, legal, and financial decisions. Do not rely on Zoe as the sole basis for any action.

3.Market risk

All investments involve risk. Asset values can rise or fall quickly. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4.Demo Autopilot and simulated execution

Demo Autopilot is an internal demo research mode. It is not customer live-money auto-trading. Where demo simulation exists, it can run simulated risk checks, sizing, execution, and portfolio tracking with demo funds only. Demo funds are not real money.

Simulated fills, spreads, latency, liquidity, and fees can differ materially from live trading. Demo results do not predict future returns. Live-money Autopilot is not currently available.

5.Public Demo

Public Demo books (including PUBLIC_DEMO_V1) are simulated and predefined. They are not real customer portfolios and are not Proof of live performance.

6.AI and data limitations

Zoe may rely on third-party market data, APIs, news, and AI models. Inputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. AI outputs may be wrong or unsuitable for your situation. Confidence scores are not certainty.

7.Research and measured outcomes

Measured outcomes, research experiments, and validation views are historical or experimental observations. They do not guarantee future results and are not a promise of alpha.

8.Broker connections

Optional broker sync depends on the broker API and your credentials. Synced data may be incomplete or delayed. Actions you take with a broker remain your responsibility.

9.Cryptocurrency risk

Crypto and digital assets can be highly volatile and may involve substantial risk, including complete loss of value, liquidity risk, cybersecurity risk, and regulatory risk.

10.Technology risk

The Service may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate due to software errors, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, model failures, or maintenance.
